Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mashoor mobile application (the "App"), a multi-vendor marketplace. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Mashoor connects buyers with independent registered vendors. Products are listed, priced, and fulfilled by vendors. Mashoor facilitates discovery, ordering, payment, and delivery coordination.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. Orders & Payments

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase from the vendor. Orders may be accepted or declined by the vendor.
• Payment is by Cash on Delivery or credit/debit card via Stripe. Card payments may include a service fee displayed at checkout.
• Prices shown in currencies other than PKR are indicative conversions; the charged amount is stated at checkout.
• Delivery charges and any free-delivery thresholds are shown at checkout.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation and return eligibility depends on the order status and the vendor's policy. To request a cancellation, return, or refund, contact us at support@mashoor.com. Approved card refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. Referral Program

Referral rewards and discounts are promotional benefits and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Abuse of the referral program (self-referrals, fake accounts) may result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.

6. Reviews & Content

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine purchases. You may not post unlawful, offensive, or misleading content. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Product Authenticity

The in-app authenticity scanner verifies product tags issued through the Mashoor platform. It does not constitute a general guarantee of merchantability beyond the vendor's own warranty.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, or interfere with its operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mashoor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Products are supplied by vendors, who remain responsible for product quality, safety, and legal compliance.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
