How do I track my order?

Open the App → Orders. Each order shows its live status (Pending → Accepted → On the way → Delivered) along with courier tracking details when available.

What payment methods are supported?

Cash on Delivery (COD) and credit/debit cards via Stripe. Card payments include a small service fee shown at checkout.

How does the referral program work?

Share your referral code from the My Referrals screen. Your friend gets a discount on signup and you earn rewards when they place their first order.

How do I verify a product is genuine?

Use the in-app QR scanner on the product's authenticity tag to confirm it is genuine and to confirm delivery.

How do I change the app language or currency?

Go to Profile → Settings. The app supports English and اردو, and can display prices in your preferred currency.
